Conduct Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) agent performance reviews, cost/benefit analysis, and other operational strategy assessments by weekly & monthly;Perform continual analysis of current performance and conduct real-time re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments in staffing plans and coordinate with Operations teams to achieve service level goals/business objectives for a multi-site operations;Work with related departments for developing hotline systems for customer interaction and voice response to control the implementation process;Maintain constant communication with Operations teams to coordinate needed staffing adjustments based on current and forecasted results;Prepare the daily/weekly/monthly operation report;Prepare annual budget after estimating necessities, correcting overspending, analyzing cost variance, and scheduling expenses;Summarize, collect, and analyze call center trends and data for regular performance;Other related duties as assigned
Yêu cầu ứng viên Advanced knowledge about Call Center environment: operational metrics, workforce management (forecasting, rostering, and scheduling);Minimum 1-2 years working in start-up environment (ecommerce, ride-hailing, food delivery, etc
);Must have a good working knowledge of Excel and other Windows based programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc
), and the ability to organize/analyze data in a structured manner;Thorough knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques (power BI, SQL is the plus);Capacity Planning experience is a plus;High level of critical thinking, attention to details & numerical skill to keep track of performance & generate report to top management;High collaboration with all departments, open-minded & flexible align process with counterparts from other functions;Fast-learning, challenging adaption, and incorruptible integrity;Excellent time management and organizational skills
